This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use services linked from this site (such as the Lunar Park mobile app).
Who we are

Lunar Park app. If you download our app, account, order, and payment data are handled under the app’s own privacy information in the Apple App Store and Google Play, in addition to this policy where it applies to information you give us through the website.
In venue. Vendors at Lunar Park may process your data when you order from them; their notices apply at the point of sale.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and manage bookings or events you ask about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with law and defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with processors that help us run the site and enquiry inbox (hosting, email, and our secure enquiry platform), or when required by law.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
We rely on your consent when you tick the box on the contact form, on steps at your request before a contract, and on legitimate interests in running the venue and website. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Retention
Contact form records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period for complaints and administration, typically up to six years unless law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, or restriction of your data, or object to certain processing, by emailing help@lunarpark.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Turnstile and essential hosting cookies may be used so the site and form work. Manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may break the contact form.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we expect appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
